GripReady offers products for bouldering, indoor climbing, grip and finger training, hand and skin care, climbing chalk, chalk bags, hangboards, climbing holds, recovery tools, and gear organization. Please review each product page for its intended use and specifications.

We generally charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Customs duties, import taxes, and other international fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak periods, inventory checks, or payment verification.

Estimated delivery after shipment is approximately:

United States: 5–10 business days

International destinations: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link. Tracking may take several business days to show its first update after a shipping label is created.

Please contact us as soon as possible at housbirdcempo@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, been packed, or shipped. A request is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from GripReady.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must generally be unused and returned with their original packaging, accessories, labels, and instructions. Opened hand-care products, used climbing equipment, customized items, and products marked as final sale may not be eligible. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Review the product dimensions, intended use, mounting method, weight limit, compatibility information, manufacturer instructions, and safety warnings before purchasing. Products must not be used for belaying, fall arrest, rescue, anchoring, or other life-support purposes unless they are expressly designed and certified for that specific use.
