  • SMART QUICK RESET KNOB – The four-digit display on this tally counter clicker features easy-to-read white numbers on a black background. Use the knob on the side of the hand counter to reset your count quickly and easily.
  • STRONG CONSTRUCTION – The outer casing of the unit is constructed from sturdy metal. The durable thumb tally button makes an audible click when it is depressed, so it is easy to track and use accurately.
  • SECURE MOUNTING – This people counter includes a finger ring for handheld use as well as a removable base with screw holes that can be used to securely fasten the unit to a table or countertop. Mounting hardware is not included.

GripReady offers products for bouldering, indoor climbing, grip and finger training, hand and skin care, climbing chalk, chalk bags, hangboards, climbing holds, recovery tools, and gear organization. Please review each product page for its intended use and specifications.

How much does shipping cost?

We generally charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Customs duties, import taxes, and other international fees are not included unless specifically stated.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak periods, inventory checks, or payment verification.

International destinations: 10–20 business days

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must generally be unused and returned with their original packaging, accessories, labels, and instructions. Opened hand-care products, used climbing equipment, customized items, and products marked as final sale may not be eligible. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
