  • Precise cutting: Four heights are precisely cut on the bench press block, and the slot fits perfectly with the barbell bar. Please note that the 3" slot will not get caught on the bar and is suitable for use on the chest.
  • Lightweight and portable: This bench block is 9×6.22×3.94 inches. It occupies a small space and is light in weight. You can easily put it in your bag and take it to the gym.

We generally charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Customs duties, import taxes, and other international fees are not included unless specifically stated.
