Third, after you have replaced papers, pinch the rings together, the binder will be closed.

We generally charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Customs duties, import taxes, and other international fees are not included unless specifically stated.
